Chapter Lead (f/m/d) - B2B Architecture & Design Chapter
Vienna asap Fulltime unlimited
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing team of Solution Designers and Solution Architects focusing on B2B domain
- Foster a collaborative innovative and growth-oriented chapter culture
- Define and enforce solution architecture standards across squads and initiatives
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals
- Collaborate closely with product and tech leadership to drive agile delivery and architectural excellence
Do you bring strong leadership experience and enjoy developing and guiding high-performing teams
Do you have deep expertise in modern architecture styles like microservices event-driven and cloud-native design
Are you experienced (7-10 years) with application development integration APIs and cloud platformsespecially AWS
Do you bring Telco B2B domain experience with you This would be a great advantage!
Can you translate complex technical concepts into clear business-relevant language
Do you excel in stakeholder communication facilitation and conflict resolution
