What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our Health Data Science team. This role will focus on claims analytics data integration and pipelining and advanced statistical modeling for a variety of federal healthcare programs. The role will be hands on in writing software and analyzing reports using healthcare data such as ICD-10 DRG and CPT code sets.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship Required
Bachelors degreeis required
Minimum THREE (3) years experience with health data standards and commercial datasets such as ICD-10 DRG CPT claims encounters risk scoring and HEDIS measures
Minimum THREE (3) years experience in developing analytics using Python or R working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and creating data visualizations in Power BI Tableau or an equivalent technology.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experiencewith business intelligence tools for data visualizations such as Power BI or Amazon QuickSight
Experience in enterprise-scale data product development including cloud platforms Palantir Foundry Spark big data ML systems advanced analytics and generative AI
Experienceusing collaboration and development tools such as Jira Slack Microsoft Teams Git and Jenkins
Experience in consulting or other client facing roles.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems including payment cycles payment integrity and payment accuracy as well as public health initiatives in surveillance and informatics
Advanced Degree (i.e. M.S./M.A.)in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Economics or similar quantitative discipline.
