Under general supervision the IT Finance and Admin Support Coordinator provides essential operational support to the IT Division through a broad range of administrative financial and event coordination responsibilities. The incumbent supports financial operations administrative coordination and event planning across the IT Division ensuring effective communication accuracy and compliance.

  • Responsible for event logistics: scheduling space reservations catering communications AV/tech support and post-event evaluation.
  • Performs a variety of administrative coordination responsibilities including preparing meeting minutes tracking action items and distributing notes promptly.
  • Coordinates onboarding activities for new IT staff and supports training logistics for professional development programs.
  • Processes purchase requisitions purchase card reconciliations ICT forms and chargeback requests.
  • Prepares and tracks travel requests advances and claims in compliance with CSUN and CSU policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
