Job Summary

P1C3STSAs a Business Analyst you will work directly with the product team to develop business requirements for software Development projects. They are engaged with the project thorough all phases of the software development cycle and works closely with the client the application development department and other individuals to successfully implement projects. This job is hands-on in performing business level process analysis using the accepted tools and methodologies as well as preparing functional specifications. They will also work alongside the development teams to provide iterative analysis of the detailed specifications and to provide a link between the business and the Development teams.5 years of professional experience with requirements documentation.3 years of experience in business/systems analysis mainly using the Agile needs analysis and project specifications for all development collaboration across the Development teams to solve tough business in JIRA would be plusDesign build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Java closely with Product and Scrum teams from requirement to deployment readinessBuild relationships with all functional areas and manage stakeholder Functional Design deliverables by analysing requirements constructing diagrams studying system capabilities and writing analyse evaluate and design solutions to meet technology and business the results of business analysis and acquiring sign-off from client on the specificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum thriving in matrixed organization including offshore to always ask the question why when working with stockholders on design and development.
