We are looking for a passionate colleague who will play a key role in our HR digital transformation journey.
You will be part of the Global Human Resources team and you will leverage on digital innovation to enhance our employee experience and drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our strategic HR processes.
What you will do
Qualification:
- Degree in Economics / Engineering / Computer Science or similar;
- Knowledge of English language at minimum B2 level;
- Proven experience in a similar position within large multinationals or leading consulting firms;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in working in international and multicultural environments;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Power Point);
- Workday knowledge would be considered a plus;
- International experience would be considered a plus.
