Sales Coordinator

To meet the growing demand for our productwere currently seeking a Sales Coordinator. In thisposition you will ensure timelyand accurate entry of all quotes sales orders invoice processing and changerequests.
YourResponsibilities Will Include:
Manage the creation of allquotes change requests sales orders and invoicing for both whole goods andparts.
Facilitate the flow ofinformation from internal departments to support the Sales team.
Maintain an accurate list ofwhole good inventory and ensure visibility to the Sales team.
Set and monitor weekly invoicingobjectives.
Support the sales team withpricing shipping invoicing and programming questions.
Assist with creating and administeringsales programs.
Were Looking For:
Strong analyticalskills and the ability to problem solve.
Attentionto detail and high level of accuracy.
Able to managetime and prioritize tasks.
Excellentverbal and written communication.
Proficientin Microsoft Office.
Able toinput and update data using electronic systems.
Knowledge of accountingprinciples and practices is an asset.
Experiencewith CRM and ERP software is an asset.
