About Hadiqaa
Hadiqaa is a Qatar-based organization dedicated to reconnecting people with nature through hands-on gardening and environmental education. We run engaging workshops and field trips for children and adults operate Qatars only community garden and develop educational programs around sustainability food systems and wellness. Our work blends creativity science and community and were looking for a graphic designer who shares our passion for impact.
About the Role
Were seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to help bring Hadiqaas mission to life through thoughtful visually compelling design. Whether its creating social media templates beautifying reports or shaping the visual identity of a new campaign your work will play a key role in how we communicate and connect with our audience. This is a part-time flexible opportunity ideal for a designer who enjoys working on meaningful projects in a collaborative purpose-driven team.
Tasks
What Youll Work On:
- Developing and refining Hadiqaas brand guidelines
- Creating templates for social media presentations flyers and workshop materials
- Assisting with the visual layout and design of Hadiqaas website (no coding required)
- Designing visuals for ongoing campaigns events and community reports
- Supporting the team with layout design (e.g. proposals reports brochures)
- Helping maintain visual consistency across platforms and materials
Time Commitment:
- Flexible working hours (around 58 hours/week to start)
- Project-based deliverables with weekly check-ins
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Strong grasp of visual design principles
- Familiarity with tools like Canva Adobe Illustrator or Figma
- A good sense of typography layout and color
- Willingness to take feedback and collaborate closely with our team
- Bonus: Interest in sustainability education or social impact work
