As Growth Manager you will play a pivotal role in scaling Chalos footprint in Peru sourcing and onboarding new bus operators executing go-to-market strategies building partnerships and driving adoption of the Chalo platform across the mobility ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage with bus operators government bodies OEMs and financers to establish growth partnerships.
- Drive new business acquisition from lead generation to onboarding.
- Support client onboarding and ensure seamless communication between operations and clients.
- Leverage Chalos technology capabilities to deliver high-impact client consultations.
Customer and Stakeholder Relations:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with clients partners and vendors.
- Oversee customer satisfaction and ensure a best-in-class experience.
- Act as account owner to ensure both client success and timely collections.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Business Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience in on-ground sales business development or growth roles ideally in mobility transportation or tech startups.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn and demo new tools.
- Deep understanding of local transportation dynamics and stakeholders.
- Strategic analytical and results-driven profile.
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license required.
