Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Technician to join the ICT Support Team at an ambitious and innovative secondary school in Oxford. This is a full-time permanent position starting January 2026.

Role Information
You will be responsible for maintaining the schools IT systems supporting hardware and software across the site and assisting staff and students with technical queries. You will also help manage networks troubleshoot issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.
Experience and Qualifications
Proven IT support experience ideally in an educational setting
Knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 and network management
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Relevant IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA Cisco or similar) desirable
Salary
Paid according to experience and local support staff pay scale
