Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Manager for one of our clients in this role you will be responsible for all marketing activities within the Danish B2C division. You will work closely with sales and delivery teams to design and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and generate leads.
What Youll Do
- Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan in line with business and brand objectives.
- Create and adapt marketing materials for the Danish market ensuring consistency in tone and design across all channels.
- Manage and produce communication materials for both project and non-project purposes.
- Develop content for email campaigns landing pages Facebook posts and other tactical marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across internal and external channels.
- Continuously optimize both traditional and digital marketing KPIs.
- Manage campaign planning and briefing with creative and media agencies.
- Support the sales team with offline marketing materials and promotional items.
Who You Are
- Relevant higher education such as a BSc or MSc in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in operational marketing.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Photoshop/InDesign WordPress (or similar tools) Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Proven experience developing engaging marketing content.
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
- Structured self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- A collaborative team player with a commercial mindset and passion for marketing.
- Experience working in cross-cultural or Nordic marketing teams.
- Understanding of B2C sales processes or customer engagement strategies.
