About the job
As Vice President Marketing you will be a key member of the Food & Pharma Division management team entrusted with leading and developing our marketing organization and driving strategic influence across the division. Your leadership will be central to shaping and executing our new strategy guiding the division through change and ensuring our continued success in the global marketplace.
You will lead a team of approximately 20 marketing professionals and functionally guide marketing managers within our business units. Your role will be to inspire mentor and develop talents fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and high performance. You will work closely with business units sales companies and the wider Alfa Laval marketing community as well as align withgroupcommunicationon central communication and brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Insights
Drive informed decision-making by defining go-to-market strategies business plans and performance KPIs based on customer market and competitor insights.
Product MarketingandIndustry marketing
Ensure the market success of products (Capital and Service products) through targeted marketing and strong value propositions.The product marketing is driven by each BU with a dedicated marketing manager that you will lead functionally. We are also working towards several industries and that dimension is covered at the divisional level.
Communications
Own and execute the omnichannel content and communication strategy within the division to create a superior customer journey and ensure effective positioning across all strategic areas. Responsible for content activation in both digital and non-digital channels.As the division is embarking a new strategic direction with a new namethis role is central to positioning us as a credible player in the food and pharma markets while supporting the organization through ongoing change.
Digital Marketing
Own the digital strategy and channels. Drive brand and business growth through long term planning and short-term activations. Lead the execution of digital activities from business plans and drives marketing automation across all digital touchpoints.
Commercial Excellence
Accelerate growth by generating and nurturing leadsoptimizingthe customer journey and aligning closely with sales to drive revenue. Leverage customer data and insights to informed decisions and challenge sales and management with actionable intelligence throughout the sales funnel.
Who you are
You are a proven leader witha track recordof driving business growth through strategic marketing and digital customer experience. You have previously worked in a global matrix organization ideally within industrial manufacturing focused on food and pharma industries. You excel at leading teams managing change and driving process improvements across diverse business areas. Your strategic vision analytical approach and ability to build relationships at all levels make you an effective influencer and organizational change agent.
