Based in Cairo this role will secureplatinum-level sponsors government partnerships and foundation supportto fund national competitions across the region and theGlobal Finals in Washington D.C.
About Brilliant Global Competitions
Brilliant Global Competitions are international STEM tournaments that inspire middle and high school students to design and prototype innovative solutions to real-world problems utilizingtechnology and multidisciplinary engineering.
Each year features a unique theme withnational competitions held in 6 participating countriesandglobal finalists traveling to Washington D.C.for a world-class showcase.
National Winnersgain exclusive access toNASA Space Camp Harvard and MITtour making this one of the most impactful global youth innovation platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Strategy (Egypt Focus)
- Develop and execute a sponsorship strategy tailored to Egyptian markets.
- Design high-value sponsorship packages (Platinum Gold Silver Custom) aligned with CSR ESG and national initiatives.
- Identify qualify and prioritize potential sponsors in Egypt and the region.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with ministries sovereign funds foundations and major corporations across Egypt and the region.
- Negotiate multi-year sponsorship agreements to support national competitions and the global finals.
- Position sponsors as global champions of education STEM innovation and youth empowerment.
- Ensure all sponsor deliverables are achieved including branding recognition and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to maximize sponsor visibility nationally and globally.
- Deliver on annual sponsorship revenue targets.
- Track sponsorship pipeline commitments and renewals.
- Provide sponsors with ROI reports impact data and success stories to ensure renewal and long-term support.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience insponsorship sales fundraising or strategic partnershipsin Egypt.
- Strong network withinEgypt foundations government agencies and corporations.
- Deep understanding ofthe national agendas especially in education youth and innovation.
- Excellentnegotiation communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to design compelling sponsorship proposals ROI reports and executive-level presentations.
- Fluency in English required.
