Job Summary

Emerge is building the personalisation layer for consumer ai.

All the data that truly understands us what we search watch buy and explore is trapped inside Big Techs walls. This isnt just inefficient; it stops other apps from using it to create better experiences and keeps users powerless over their own data.

Tasks

Own the evolution of Emerges infrastructure from prototype to product-market fit. Build the systems team and technical culture that make user-consented data accessible reliable and intelligent.

Architect and scale a data platform and enrichment engine
Align the technical roadmap tightly with customer use cases and feedback
Lead hands-on development and technical design stay close to the code
Grow and empower a small elite engineering team (Olympiad/competitive programming backgrounds)
Drive research and experimentation around personalization

Requirements

Expert in data pipelines and data architecture
Has managed and scaled a team
Strong with devops / dataops culture complex data architectur
Wants to create something massive through hard work
