Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Business Development Representative youll work directly with our customers to drive their expansion into the DACH market learning fast and delivering real impact.

What would your day-to-day look like

Client-facing responsibilities

  • Campaign engagement: Manage responses from outreach campaigns handle follow-ups and ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel.
  • Lead qualification: Assess inbound leads to identify high-quality prospects. Schedule meetings that matter.
  • Proactive prospecting: When needed go beyond templates. Research and engage new prospects through personalized outreach via email or cold calls.

Overall responsibilities

  • CRM management: Maintain clean up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progress.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to refine messaging optimize outreach and maximize conversion.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: You already had direct exposure to clients or customers whether in sales customer support consulting hospitality call centers or any other client-facing role (internships included). Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus but not a requirement.
  • German: Strong professional proficiency (min required: C1 level).
  • English: Ability to speak and write fluently and idiomatically.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation: Strong ability to work independently manage time effectively and take initiative.
  • Resilience & ambition: Quick start mentality with high production output.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable and flexible in a fast-changing environment.
