The Role

As a General Manager you will lead the launch and management of local operations ensuring efficient oversight of our apartments and partner network. Your role will involve initiating and implementing new processes as well as managing budgets and profit and loss (P&L) statements across our buildings in Vienna. You will lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences fostering a positive and engaging culture.
Tasks
In this role you will:
Manage and launch local operations focusing on 5-star guest experience profitability and business growth.
Manage and own budgets and P&L across our portfolio in Vienna.
Define and scope your team goals based on company-wide OKRs and lead your team to deliver exceptional results.
Take on the responsibility for hiring onboarding and offboarding team members.
Develop cross-functional partnerships actively solve problems and unblock team members while positively challenging and encouraging participation.
Be an active role model for Bob Ws mission strategy and culture.
Work on a rotating schedule (MondaySunday) with two days off weekly including shared on-call responsibilities.
Requirements
Our 5-star candidate:
- 5 years of experience working in operations within the hospitality industry and at least 1-2 years with P&L ownership.
- Customer service-driven attitude and passion for delivering world-class guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and address potential issues.
- Experience in hiring onboarding offboarding and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Lives in Vienna.
