What you will be doing:
- Oversee current tasks and lead a key project for the client.
- Act as a dynamic leader and representative championing the clients vision.
- Embrace a multi-functional leadership role crafting strategic roadmaps and project plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure smooth delivery prioritizing process excellence.
- Implement Scrum practices facilitate events and communicate results transparently.
- Resolve obstacles mentor the Product Owner and build cohesive cross-functional teams.
- Foster a positive team culture and protect the team from distractions.
What our client is looking for:
- A tertiary qualification is beneficial and certifications like PSM I/II CSM or CSP are preferred. A background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology is also a plus.
- Join a team with strong Agile implementation experience champion Agile values and principles and encourage innovation in a safe-to-fail environment.
- Act as a servant leader empowering your team towards self-organisation building trust and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Engage with senior stakeholders manage projects nurture customer relationships and utilise exceptional communication skills to drive progress.
