Part-Time Store SupervisorAre you a dynamic and experienced retail professional looking for a part-time supervisory role Join our team at Miniso as a Part-Time Store Supervisor!Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations and maintain store standards Ensure products are displayed attractively and in an organized manner Open and close the store Handle customer inquiries complaints and returns Manage sales targets and monitor inventory levels Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures Conduct staff training and developmentRequirements: Previous retail experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work weekends and eveningsThis role is 16 hours per week paying 11.94 per hour.
