As a SME you demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills.Your technical expertise will inform the entire matrixed cross-functional teams and managing activities to deliver positive end-user experiences in patient homes and community locations.This role is remote.Duties & Responsibilities:- Analyze user needs to determine functional requirements define problems and develop plans and requirements for complex systems related to telehealth.
- Provide expert guidance on information systems architecture networking telecommunications automation communications risk management electronic analysis software/hardware lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Advise on the application of cloud systems and healthcare IT systems in the context of telehealth.
- Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of innovative telehealth solutions.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions disseminating expertise in telehealthtechnologies and best practices.
- Provide expert input on business processes modeling and simulation related to telehealth.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders articulating complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders customers end users other contractors to ensureprojects are progressing and issues are resolved.
- Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders customers and other contractors to ensure project success.
- Stay current with emerging trends technologies and regulatory changes in telehealth and advise on their potential impact and opportunities.
- Perform other duties that may arise within the scope of the task order.
Required Qualifications: Education:- Masters Degree in Health Informatics Information Systems.
- Eight additional years of relevant experience can be submitted for equivalency.
Experience:- A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in leadership and/or telehealth including experience in information systems architecture networking telecommunications automation communications risk management/electronic analysis software/hardware lifecycle management software development methodologies and cloud systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in managing leading or advising enterprises.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar healthcare organizations.
- Familiarity with VA systems processes and regulations.
- Experience in MS SharePoint and MS Power Platform.
- Have experience in supporting cross-functional teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Travel: depending on client requirements expect up to 25% travel time for the position.
