Job Summary
In this role you will work closely with data scientists to understand their data needs identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize data product development efforts. You will be translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise data models and requirements for engineering teams to ensure that data products are built to the highest standards of quality scalability and reliability.
- 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer Data Architect or similar role
- 5 years of hands-on data architecture design including conceptual logical and physical data models
- 3 years leading enterprise data architecture initiatives and cross-functional technical programs
- 3 years of experience in Python SQL and modern data stack technologies
- Proven experience defining data strategy and architecture roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering Information Systems or a related field
- Experience in data warehouses data lakes real-time processing ML platforms
- Experience working with Commerce Subscription or Pricing data systems
- Track record of implementing innovative data architecture solutions
- Experience with schema evolution and versioning strategies
- Experience with data product management and customer-facing data solutions
- Masters degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
