Shift:12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule. Night shift also pays an extra 10% premium pay.

Position Overview
Were hiring experiencedMaintenance Techniciansto support operations in our advanced manufacturing facility. Youll play a critical role in keeping our high-speed production lines running smoothly and safely. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
Monitor and maintain high-speed production systems for efficiency and uptime
Troubleshoot PLCs VFDs and 480V systems (experience required)
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Perform in-process inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards
Support a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance
Operate equipment such as forklifts and cranes as needed
Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong mechanical skills with proven experience in a manufacturing setting
Comfortable using tools machinery and diagnostic equipment
Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks safely and effectively
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential
