We are on a growth journey now looking for our next star a passionate Service Sales Manager for supporting the BeNeLux countries.
The Benelux Service Sales Manager is responsible for all the sales activities and sales results for the Service (Aftermarket Sales) Sub-Segment in the region. The role includes and expects sharp and proactive focus in the market to significantly grow the business by leading the team in combination with own intensive sales efforts. The responsibility includes comprehensive ongoing travel within the region. An emphasis of the role is to be a part of the EMEA SAM team and to strengthen the organization in order to produce and develop business as well as direct reports whilst increasing sales and margin profit in line with budgets/targets. The role will drive the Dometic strategy and help the organization to reach its KPIs.
Your main responsibilities
- Responsible for P&L of the vehicle aftermarket sales in BNL
- Responsible for driving sales revenue and results in area of responsibility
- Responsible for the BNL aftermarket Team including annual reviews with and assessments of the direct reports create development plans be involved in recruiting activities organisation of team meetings and team building
- Analysis of the competitor situation white spot elimination in each market developing local marketing plans and sales campaigns/actions GAP analysis
- Implementation of business plans creating channel management
- Responsible for pricing and discount matrix
- Responsible for Key Customers participation on annual customer meetings and important fairs
- Preparation of sales reports
