Job Summary
Mission:
Consulting and analysis: You analyse the organisations existing learning processes and needs and work with the specialist departments to define the requirements for the new LMS.
Project implementation: You support the introduction of the LMS from the selection of the system through implementation to successful integration into the existing systems.
Process optimisation: You provide support in the design and optimisation of learning processes to ensure a high level of acceptance and use of the system.
Training and support: You organise training courses for the administrators and end users of the system and provide advice on technical and organisational issues.
Evaluation and reporting: You continuously evaluate the success of the LMS implementation and prepare regular reports on the use and results of the system.
Profile:
Degree in Social sciences human resources management or a related field.
Sound experience in implementing learning management systems (LMS) and/or other software solutions ideally in the field of HR or e-learning.
In-depth knowledge of project management particularly in the planning implementation and control of IT projects.
Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead the project team.
