The Role
As a Financial Analyst I with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc

  • This role supports the Project Management Office in Planning & Performance reporting and analysis. The position also partners with the FP&A and Statutory teams develops dashboards (Power BI) and drives continuous improvement in financial reporting systems and processes.
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial & performance reporting.
  • Coordinate budgeting forecasting and month-end processes.
  • Ensure data integrity within Hyperion.
  • Prepare KPI tracking and project performance insights.
  • Present variance and trend analysis to stakeholders.
  • Drive reporting standardization and simplification.
  • Support financial guidance to Project Managers.
  • Ensure appropriate accounting treatment and governance controls.
  • Lead process improvements and reporting automation initiatives

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance including 2 years in FP&A (budgeting forecasting month-end)Strong Excel (VLOOKUP SUMIF etc.) and experience with ERP systems like Oracle / SAP / Hyperion.
  • Strong analytical mindset communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in cross-functional teams
