Automotive Service Advisor Belvedere Area
Basic Annual KPI Bonus MondayFriday 1 in 3 Saturdays Motor Trade
Our client a reputable and customer-focused motor trade business in the Belvedere area is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who thrives in a busy aftersales environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role:
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
- Managing bookings job progress and customer updates efficiently and accurately.
- Advising customers on service and repair requirements providing clear explanations and accurate costings.
- Working closely with technicians and management to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the wider team to achieve performance targets and contribute to a positive collaborative workplace culture.
Hours & Benefits:
- Working pattern:
- Two weeks: 07:00 17:00
- One week: 09:00 19:00
- 1 in 3 Saturdays: 08:00 12:00
- Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
- Salary: basic 2000 annual KPI-driven bonus.
- Holidays: 22 days per year (plus bank holidays).
About You:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- A proactive professional and positive approach to teamwork and customer care.
