As an Associate (Client Team Assistant)youllplay a vital role in managing the day-to-day administration of our Private Business Tax team coordinating client communicationsmaintainingclient data tracking regulatorylodgmentsand supporting the client engagement team. Working with clients across private wealth and broader financial services.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Supporting our client engagement team byassistingthem in the delivery of work

  • Managing andmaintainingour client data to ensure continued integrity

  • Attending to ATO or other tax regulatory boards lodgments and monitoring client deadlines and distributing ATO or other tax regulatory boards correspondence

  • Prioritisingcompeting work whilst communicating with all relevant staff to manage client expectations

  • General administrativeassistanceto the Team (phone messages meeting bookings scanning documents diary management)


Whatwerelooking for:

  • Experience in supporting client teams and performing administrative duties

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability toprioritisecompeting demands

  • Handle diverse tasks efficiently andmaintainhigh-quality support

  • Leveraging your excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues delivering clear professional correspondence where needed
