Zingerle Groups Warehouse & Production Lead is an experienced warehouse professional with expertise in inventory control product assembly and order packaging. Reporting to the North American CEO and collaborating daily with office personnel managing orders this position will be a hands-on role handling all aspects of US order fulfillment and delivery preparation. Responsibilities include:
Order Fulfillment collaborate with office personnel to prioritize daily order fulfillment from product selection to production completion ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Product Knowledge develop a comprehensive understanding of internal products and parts including modifications to correctly select and handle during fulfillment.
Product Modification work from planned kits and modification templates with hand and power tools to prepare product options as orders specify.
System Management build competencies within the internal ERP system to efficiently plan orders scan products complete paperwork and maintain accurate records and statuses.
Inventory Control organize and position inventory to be accurately reflected in the ERP system as well as assist in period ending physical inventory counts and audits.
Product Packaging follow parcel and pallet packaging protocols both internal and by carrier to maintain safe and secure transport of products to customers.
Delivery Loading manage parcel and pallet movements by hand forklift and related equipment around the dock for loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
Logistics Coordination team with office personnel to assist with shipping carriers as needed being about to schedule modify or provide support for delivery situations.
Safe Operations ensure upkeep and cleanliness of the warehouse facility and equipment to maintain an organized and safe workspace as well as reporting service and repair needs.
Experience and Skills Desired
Bachelors degree or 4 years of experience in warehouse operations or an equivalent level of combined education and experience
Organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple agendas and deadlines
Proactive and solutions-oriented to maximize efficiency and productivity
Ability to learn and become an expert on company systems products and procedures
Proficient with MS Office programs: Outlook Word and Excel
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
Safe operation of forklift trucks and pallet jack equipment
Experienced with basic tools such as but not limited to drills saws hammers and pliers

Work Environment and Expectations
Our facility operates from 8 AM to 5 PM EST Monday to Friday.
This is a full-time in-office position in Charlotte North Carolina.
