Procuramos candidatos para a nossa posição de Contact Center Inbound no nosso escritório em Odivelas que dispõe de copa refeitório com preços acessíveis estacionamento entre outros.

Porque para além de te juntares a uma equipa dinâmica terás também facilidade a uma rede de transportes públicos (autocarro à porta e a 6 minutos da estação do Metro).
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Atendimento a Clientes Inbound;
- Vendas - Inbound (não se fazem vendas Outbound - Telemarketing).
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Formação secundária (fator preferencial);
- Competências informáticas na ótica do utilizador;
- Experiência profissional no setor energético (fator preferencial);
- Experiência profissional em ambiente de contact center e/ou apoio ao cliente e vendas (fator preferencial);
- Disponibilidade para horários rotativos com folga ao fim de semana (2ª a 6ª feira - 9h/18h; 10h/19h; 11h/20h; 13h/22h);
- Boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Gosto por trabalhar em equipa;
- Vontade em integrar um ambiente jovem e dinâmico;
