Job Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a Change Lead for a large cross-functional initiative on the Global Planning Portfolio and Change (PPC) team. This individual will be responsible for delivering change management on large cross-functional system/process implementations and providing change management training tools templates and support to our internal BPR Project this role you will partner with AppleCare project and functional teams based in the US EMEIA and APAC to help support the roll out of a multi-year will deliver change management on a large cross-functional initiative including stakeholder analysis change impact analysis and communications and training plans.
- Experience with change management concepts (i.e. PROSCI) tools and implementations
- Proven project management experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across project teams management and internal partners
- Strong negotiation influence and facilitation skills
- Ability to gain trust and solicit action from project partners
- Flexible resourceful detail-oriented and a self-starter
- Fast learner especially related to tool/platforms and process training
- Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Ability to work with teams from multi-cultural backgrounds countries and time zones
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- PROSCI (or equivalent industry leader in Change Management) certification
- Masters or MBA is a plus
