Welcome to the Boots Opticians Central Operations Team the engine room powering everything that happens in our stores.
Were passionate about making store operations and processes as simple efficient and right-first-time as possible so our store teams can focus on what matters most spending time with our customers.
As Central Operations we work hand-in-hand with all support office teams to ensure everything gets delivered to stores smoothly and effectively. Whether its equipment systems or process improvements were here to make things happen. Were the go-to team for stores making sure our colleagues have what they need to deliver great customer care every day.
About the role
As an Opticians Analyst you are proactive with a passion for simplifying processes and making life easier for store teams. You are also naturally collaborative with both support office teams and external partners as you will work on projects involving many teams and moving parts.
