Position Overview

Were hiring a Skid Steer Operator to support construction landscaping and site preparation projects north of Tulsa. This position requires hands-on experience operating Kubota skid steers a strong understanding of equipment safety and the ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments.

The Skid Steer Operator will perform grading trenching and backfilling operations while assisting with material loading site maintenance and cleanup as needed. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious dependable and detail-oriented capable of performing physical labor in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Operate Kubota skid steer equipment to move earth gravel debris and other materials
Perform grading trenching backfilling and site cleanup tasks
Load and unload materials using buckets forks or augers
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues or needed repairs
Follow site plans supervisor instructions and safety protocols
Assist with manual labor tasks when equipment is not in use
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

Proven skid steer operation experience (Kubota preferred)
Valid drivers license required; CDL a plus
Ability to read site plans and follow verbal/written instructions
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Strong attention to safety and operational detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
