Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced senior conference producer (defence or related background) to lead content strategy for a high-profile Africa-focused defence event series. Youll shape the programme attract senior government/industry speakers manage advisory boards & drive alignment with commercial and diplomatic goals.

You will:

Lead content strategy and development
Conduct research on defence trends across Africa
Curate high-level summits and seminars
Partner with sales/marketing to boost brand and monetisation
Engage key stakeholders including governments and advisory boards

Requirements

You should have:

710 years in conference production/content leadership (preferably defence/policy)
Experience delivering senior-level government/C-suite events
Strong research writing & stakeholder-management skills
Strategically minded with excellent execution ability
Formal diplomatic communication style; cross-cultural awareness
