Job Title:Paediatric Occupational Therapist Social Care

Pay Rate: Up to 35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support the delivery of adult social care through timely and effective initial assessments for its client based inIslington. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children and families by providing specialist assessments and interventions within the community.

What will your responsibilities be

ConductDFG (Disabled Facilities Grant) assessmentsand manageMajor Adaptationscases.
CompleteHome Safety Equipment assessmentsto ensure safe and independent living.
Triaging referralsand prioritising cases effectively.
Prepare detailedRehousing Reportsto support housing adaptations and relocation needs.
Work collaboratively with families social workers and housing teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements:

HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Proven experience inpaediatric social caresettings.
