Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. seeks a Senior Systems Architect in Jersey City NJ to develop and maintain scalable enterprise solutions for FX systems and full-stack applications in Java. Support complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from concept and design to testing. Analyze user needs create technical design documentation and update integration specification documents. Create testing and validation procedures for systems integration incorporate performance optimization techniques and coordinate software releases. Perform code reviews by capturing metrics and documenting workflows set up environment troubleshoot critical issues and address problems related to systems integration compatibility and multiple platforms. Perform feasibility analysis for potential development projects. Weekly on-site presence of three days per week and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Electronic Engineering or closely related IT field plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires 5 years of experience in Spectrum Barracuda Transaction Object Cabinet (TOC) TOC Explorer TOC OrderBook Remote Procedure Java Spring Camel Hibernate Angular JMS JPA JNDI PL/SQL Developer JUnit Maven Tomcat Red Hat OpenShift SQL DB2 Oracle and RESTful APIs.
