- Shifts: 6:00AM 2:00 P.M. and 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Note: Sunday through Saturday Shifts will alternate based on staffing needs.

- Start Date: Candidate may begin on any day of the week provided at least 5 business days are allowed prior to the start date to complete all pre-employment requirements.

Requirements of the LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) :

Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas
Must have least 2 years experience.

Responsibilities of the LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) :

Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training.
Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies.

Required Skills:

Requirements of the LVN ( Licensed Vocational Nurse) : Must be licensed LVN and able to practice in Texas Must have least 1 years experience Must have a valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification. Must hold a valid nursing license in Texas or a compact state. Must have negative PPD results within the past 12 months. Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check
