About the Role
Duties
- Assisting in the management and supervision of the Songbird & Hearth Lounge team.
- Assists in managing the day-to-day operations ensuring quality standards and expectations are met.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant policies standards procedures regulations and laws.
- Assists servers and hosts on the floor during meal periods and high demand times.
- Supervises Songbird & Hearth Lounge and all related areas in the absence of the Beverage & Bar Manager.
Skills & Experience
- Approved Manager Certification from Nationally Accredited Training provider (inclusive of RSA)
- Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
- Experience working in management role preferable
- Experience working in a Restaurant (or Food & Beverage outlet) required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
