Job Summary
A growing service-based company is seeking a detail-oriented AR Specialist to support billing collections and account reconciliation. This role is ideal for someone with early career accounting experience looking to grow in a supportive finance team.
Responsibilities Include:
Preparing and sending invoices
Tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts
Reconciling accounts and resolving billing issues
Assisting with monthly reporting and financial analysis
Maintaining accurate records in accounting systems
Ideal Qualifications:
13 years of AR or accounting-related experience
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within a financial department
Salary: $60k - $70k/Year
