Job Summary
Company Overview
EMR Elevator is the fastest-growing independent elevator services provider in the nation.
Responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing tasks to meet expected deadlines and maintain an accurate inventory
- Schedule and track all inbound and outgoing inventory
- Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials
- Ensure materials are delivered to job sites in a timely manner
- Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods routing or carriers to meet necessary parameters specifications and costs
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe
- Responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance
- Develop and implement warehouse operations system improvements by leading continuous improvement projects and by analyzing process workflow and space requirements
- Additional responsibility as needed
Qualifications and Skill Requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years verifiable warehouse management experience (construction industry preferred) in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks Word Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
- Valid drivers license and safe driving record
