Position Title:Senior Operations Manager

Location:Sunnyvale California (CA)

Summary:

The Senior Operations Manager manages and develops campus response strategies to include the completion of daily operational tasks to support all elements of a clients security operations. This is a critical leadership role that is responsible for developing and optimizing workforce operation. The Senior Operations Manager must be able to develop and drive workforce productivity execute the operations program strategy and interface regularly with the client and vendor partners on security-related matters. Activities include but are not limited to critical incident management reporting investigations policy enforcement related to operational effectiveness risk management and employee engagement.

Based on experience Securitas will offer a base salary of $105K-$122K/Annually in addition to a full benefit package that includes:

Position Qualifications:

  • Must Be at Least 18 years of Age.

  • Ensures Delivery of High-Quality Customer Service.
  • Capability of Managing Guard Service Functions and Conflict Resolutions.

  • Organized Self-disciplined Technologically Savvy Compliant and Communicates Timely and Effectively at all Levels.
  • Additional Qualifications May Be Specified and Receive Preference Depending Upon the Nature of the Position.

Education/Experience:

  • Prior Security Management Experience Required.

  • Advanced Understanding of Physical Security Operations.

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • 5 years of Security Management/Law Enforcement experience.

  • Or an Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience as Determined by the Company.

  • Additional Relevant Experience Can Be Substituted for the Required Education on the Basis of One Calendar Year of Experience for One Academic Year of Education.
