The Chief Growth Officer will be the architect of our companys growth strategy overseeing marketing sales and lead generation to ensure every dollar invested drives measurable returns. Youll lead a talented cross-functional team while refining our marketing and sales systems for efficiency profitability and scalability.
Youll play a pivotal role in shaping how Baths R Us expands into new markets reduces marketing costs strengthens lead quality and achieves record-setting growth. This is a hands-on executive role for someone who thrives on strategy data and results.
What Youll Do: - Develop and execute a company-wide growth strategy that aligns marketing sales inside sales and events with business goals.
- Assist all marketing operations digital print broadcast and event marketing with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
- Assist and optimize inside sales teams to maximize conversion rates and customer experience.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships for expansion.
- Track performance metrics cost per acquisition and customer lifetime value continuously improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing operations sales and service teams under one growth vision.
- Mentor and build a high-performing team culture based on accountability innovation and collaboration.
What You Bring:
