Job Summary
Commercial Cleaner - Full Time
Toyota of Melbourne Brevard Countys largest volume automobile dealer is actively seeking a Commercial Cleaner to take care of our Service building and carry out basic office cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping janitorial closet clean and organized
- Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners.
- Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots.
- Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
- Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning in showroom and repair shop.
- Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors.
- Replenish restroom supplies.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the repair shop
- Strong communication skills
- Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies requirements and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of commercial janitorial experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen
- Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties
- Detail oriented and values quality workmanship
- Have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid Florida drivers license and pass background and drug screens.
