The Opportunity
We are looking for a Delegate Relations Executive to help recruit senior professionals and decision-makers to attend ISMGs high-profile events summits and this role youll connect directly with CSuite executives and senior leaders in the B2B technology and cybersecurity sectors ensuring they are engaged and excited to participate

What Youll Do
- Reach out to C-Level and senior executives via phone email and LinkedIn to invite them to ISMGs events webinars and summits.
- Clearly communicate event details answer questions and highlight the value of participation.
- Achieve daily and weekly outreach and registration targets.
- Guide and support delegates through the event registration process to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep accurate records of outreach and attendee details in ISMGs CRM system.
- Drive attendance on the day of the event by confirming and following up with registered delegates.
- 12 years of experience in delegate recruitment inside sales customer service or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with confidence in engaging senior professionals.
- Polite professional phone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic CRM/database management.
- Ability to multitask stay organized and meet daily/weekly targets.
- A positive self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
