Job Summary
Now Hiring: Skilled Lathe/Mill Machinist Saginaw TX
Are you an experienced machinist looking for a stable long-term opportunity with a growing company
Were seeking a Lathe/Mill Machinist with strong skills in operating and setting up manual and/or CNC machines who takes pride in producing precision parts.
Pay & Schedule:
Full-Time Day Shift MondayFriday
Starting at $22$23 per hour (based on experience)
Weekly Pay
Quarterly Bonuses for production and attendance
Responsibilities:
Set up operate and maintain manual and CNC lathes or milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and job specifications
Select proper tooling materials and machine settings for each job
Inspect parts using micrometers calipers and other measuring tools
Perform machine maintenance and keep work areas organized
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes
Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
35 years of experience operating lathes and/or milling machines (manual or CNC)
Strong knowledge of machining processes materials and tooling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Skilled with precision measuring instruments
Basic understanding of G-code or CNC programming preferred
Reliable detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment
