Essential Job Functions:Execute business process transactions focusing on accuracy and adherence to with senior analysts and in process improvement projects and data in identifying process bottlenecks and quality compliance with established standards and senior analysts in analyzing data trends and in updating and maintaining process with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically 2 years of relevant work experienceProven experience in business process transactionsProficiencies in business process management and optimizationA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications (e.g. Six Sigma PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plus
