Cypress Cove Care Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Social Services / Admissions Assistant to join our team! This entry-level position supports both the Social Services and Admissions departments to ensure residents and families have a smooth welcoming and supportive experience throughout their stay.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the healthcare or long-term care field with hands-on experience in resident relations admissions and social services support.

• Assist with all aspects of the admissions process including gathering required documentation verifying insurance and benefits and coordinating with hospitals discharge planners and referral sources.

• Support resident and family tours and provide a warm informative introduction to the facility.

• Collaborate with the Social Services Director and Admissions Coordinator on resident care planning discharge coordination and follow-up support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using facility systems and software to ensure compliance with state federal and company guidelines.

• Communicate compassionately and professionally with residents families and interdisciplinary team members.

• Promote resident rights dignity and confidentiality at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Experience in healthcare customer service or office administration preferred.

• Knowledge of skilled nursing or long-term care processes is a plus but not required training provided!

• Excellent communication organization and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
