Job Summary

About The Role:

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for people and process Were on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Process Management to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process coordination and governance supporting the delivery of high-quality services to one of our key customers in Perth. Youll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes working closely with stakeholders to ensure everything is on track on time and on point.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating maintaining and updating key administrative documents and project artefacts
  • Coordinating meetings tracking actions and supporting general account activities
  • Processing devices updating tickets and assisting with service management workflows
  • Assisting with service reports - interpreting data and presenting insights to Coordinators and Managers
  • Supporting quality checks and audits of service partners to maintain high standards
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate timely reporting and documentation

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in administration with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A collaborative approach - youre a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with data reports and digital tools to support project delivery
  • A commitment to compliance and quality including the ability to pass a National Police Check
