About the Position
We are seeking a personable detail-oriented and professional Receptionist/Assistant to join our thriving aesthetic office. As one of the first points of contact for our clients you will embody our commitment to outstanding service and create a welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all clients and visitors upon arrival.
- Efficiently manage phone lines emails appointment scheduling and client follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean organized and inviting reception area.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes including managing payments and paperwork.
- Provide information on services procedures and products offered.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing data entry and inventory tracking.
- Protect client privacy and adhere to all HIPAA requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or healthcare a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferably in an aesthetic medical or spa setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software.
- Positive attitude and a passion for client service.
