We are currently seeking aRegistered Nurse (RN)to join our dedicated care team. Our RNs play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of care for each client while supporting our caregivers and care coordination staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conductinitial RN assessments 30-day and 90-daysupervisory visits and updatePlans of Careas needed.
- Performdelegationsand completesupervisory visitsfor all clients across our service area.
- Collaborate closely with internal care team members to support high-quality client outcomes.
- Maintain professional documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Represent Amada Senior Care with professionalism warmth and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Current and activeRegistered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
- Previous experience inhome health or in-home careis highly preferred.
- ValidOregon drivers license reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care.
