At Envalior we are shaping the future of performance materialsand we believe our people are the key to that transformation. We are now seeking a strategic as well as pragmatic People Intelligence & Systems Lead to join our HR team and drive the next phase of our people and culture evolution.
Your Impact
As the People Intelligence & Systems Lead you will be a key enabler of strategic HR and Total Rewards delivery. You will combine responsibility for workforce intelligence and reporting including ESG-related disclosures (EcoVadis CSRD Pay Transparency DEI) with the ownership of HRIS platforms. You will play a critical role in pay policy design and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the HR function. By integrating systems reporting and rewards expertise you will empower HR teams to act as strategic advisors to the business. Additionally you will manage a team of up to 3 HRIS specialists who support various HR information system tasks and projects as well as team of 2 HR reporting specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards & Pay Policies
- Design implement and evaluate pay policies and reward programs along with analytical and systems support.
- Align Total Rewards strategies including compensation structures benchmarking and equity reviews with HRIS capabilities.
- Create strategic pay decisions based on data insights.
Strategic Enablement
- Translate HR and rewards data into actionable insights that support business strategy and business decisions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to elevate the role of HR as a strategic advisor through data transparency and storytelling.
- Monitor trends and proactively identify opportunities for improvement in rewards strategy reporting and systems.
Reporting & Compliance
- Collaborate with ESG Finance Legal and other stakeholders to align reporting efforts.
- Manage the preparation and submission of workforce-related data for external reporting frameworks (CSRD DEI Industry Certificates etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards through robust data governance.
People Systems
- Champion the exploration and adoption of emerging HR technologies ensuring Envalior remains at the forefront of digital HR transformation.
- Act as the functional owner of HRIS platforms ensuring system reliability data accuracy and integrated HR processes.
- Lead and support HRIS implementations upgrades and integrations in collaboration with HR Operations IT and external vendors.
- Drive continuous improvement in system usage automation and user experience.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in HR Business IT or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Total Rewards.
- Experience in compensation analysis and pay policy design.
- Experience with ESG/CSR reporting frameworks and HR analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage emerging technologies (such as AI) to drive strategic outcomes optimize workflows and foster digital transformation. Proven experience in selecting integrating and championing digital tools across teams or functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors Oracle).
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
