Functieomschrijving

Als Field Service Engineer rapporteer je aan de Field Service Manager en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de best mogelijke service aan onze klanten op het gebied van waterapplicaties zowel in proces- als laboratoriumomgevingen. Je maakt het verschil door goede klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden via sterke communicatie.

Deze functie maakt deel uit van het fiels service Team BeNeLux en ondersteunt klanten in midden Nederland bij voorkeur woonachtig in Utrecht.

Een typische werkdag:

• Je zorgt voor een positieve klantervaring en bent het aanspreekpunt op locatie voor technische en service-gerelateerde vragen.

• Je start je dag vanuit huis en organiseert je dag zelfstandig in samenwerking met je dispatcher die je ondersteunt bij het plannen van afspraken.

• Je voert onderhoud reparaties en kalibraties/validaties uit aan onze waterkwaliteitsinstrumenten.

• Je levert tijdig nauwkeurige servicerapporten aan voor facturatie onderdelen en instrumenthistorie.

• Je signaleert commerciële kansen.

Functie-eisen:

• Je hebt mechanische elektronische en elektrotechnische vaardigheden door opleiding of ervaring.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels.

• Je hebt ervaring in een field service rol.

• Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio Utrecht.

• Je hebt een rijbewijs B.

Reporting to the the Field Service Manager the Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing the best possible service to our customers in all areas of water applications both in process and laboratory environments. Our Field Service Engineer makes a difference for our customers by building and maintaining a good customer relationship through strong communication.

This position is part of the Field service team BeNeLux and support clients in the greater Utrecht area where you are preferably located.

In this role a typical day looks like:

• You ensure a positive customer experience and act as the on-site contact for technical and service-related issues.

• You start your day from home organizing your day independently but in collaboration with your dispatcher who supports you with the appointments with your clients.

• You perform maintenance repair calibration/validation on our water quality instruments.

• You submit accurate service reports on time for invoicing parts and instrument history.

• You identify commercial opportunities.

The job requirements include:

• You have mechanical electronic and electrical skills through education or experience.

• You are proficient in Dutch and you have good communication skills in English.

• You have experience in a field service role.

• You preferably live in the greater Utrecht area.

• You have a category B driving license.
