About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a Project this role you will play a key part in the successful delivery of projects that support the Housing Services Transformation Programmes while actively promoting the Councils vision values and priorities. Youll help put our tenants first through the delivery of high-quality best-value services.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects within a programme or across several programmes of work.
In this crucial role youll be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging innovation and efficiency in project delivery. This includes identifying opportunities to implement best practices in project management and ensuring projects are delivered successfully on time within budget and achieving the intended outcomes.
You will bring passion and commitment strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Ability to lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives and keep projects on track to deliver outcomes and objectives.
to identify assess mitigate and escalate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
understanding of quality assurance to ensure that project outcomes impacts and benefits meet the required objectives.
4. Ability to manage project resources including budgets and financial aspects of projects.
understanding of project management methodologies
of working successfully in partnership across different sectors building and maintaining good working relationships.
